Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase with your return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will check its condition and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return meets our criteria, we'll process your refund back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days .

  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    - If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g. wrong size or changed your mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the chosen courier company.
    - If the return is a result of our error (e.g. damaged or wrong items), we will cover the shipping costs.

Cancel order

  • Cancellation Period: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the cancellation takes place before the order is shipped.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of placement.

  • If a consumer initiates a cancellation before the shipping time and within the time frame specified on the website, the order will be cancelled in full and refunded.
